School Bus
The school has three buses for transporting our students who are not residents in the hostel. This removes the extra burden by the parents for coming to pick their children from school. The school bus has some designated places as stop-overs both for picking up of students to school and also for taking them home in the evening. Our fleets of buses ply almost all the areas in the city to pick up our students with just a token being paid per student each term.
Playground
Our School playgrounds provide the opportunity for children to practice skills that will ultimately play a role in adult competencies such as the ability to collaborate with others, develop decision-making skills, and successfully take on leadership roles and generate creative ideas. Healthy Canteen
Our healthy school canteen facilitates making healthy choices through its vibrant and healthy appearance, and by offering predominately healthy foods. Our environment to select healthy foods is created which prevents opportunities for the selection of unhealthy foods. Also, proper use of the canteen premises to convey messages that promote a healthy life style will go a long way to improve the health of children.
Positive Learning
Students feel physically and emotionally safe, Students know that they are valued and respected, regardless of other factors such as ability, gender, sexuality, race and ethnicity. Students have ownership and input related to class structure and expectations. This can range from creating spaces specifically for student use to having a class discussion to establish norms and expectations. Standards of behavior are established and are consistently and equitably enforced for all.
